1. This sports promotion is available to qualifying customers from 12:00 AM EST on 7/27/2022 to 11:59 PM EST on 12/31/2023. If BetMGM decides to withdraw this sports promotion, this will not impact any qualifying bets you have placed during the promotional period before such withdrawal takes place.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION

2. This sports promotion is open to players located in the applicable state at the time of wagering, ages 21 years and older and placing first deposit on their online BetMGM Sports account between 12:00 AM EST on 7/27/2022 to 11:59 PM EST on 12/31/2023.
3. Employees of BetMGM (the Promoter), any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter, or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this sports promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
4. Online customers claiming this sports promotion will not be eligible to receive any other “New Customer” sports promotion offers.
5. Users that previously registered for any of the other BetMGM brands (BetMGM Casino/Poker, Borgata Sports/Casino/Poker, and Party Casino/Poker) are not eligible for any BetMGM Sports welcome offer with a subscription deal, unless otherwise noted in the Terms & Conditions of that specific promotion.
6. If you opt to cash out your first bet early through the Cash Out or Auto Cash Out features, you will no longer be eligible for the First Bet Offer promotion. If you opt to edit your first bet through the Edit My Bet feature, you will no longer be eligible for the First Bet Offer promotion. If you opt to get your first bet canceled, you will no longer be eligible for the First Bet Offer promotion.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS SPORTS PROMOTION

7. To claim this sports promotion, you must deposit a minimum of $10 into your account and place, as your first real-money bet after opening your account, any sports wager. Only the first $1,000 of your first wager is eligible for Bonus Bets back.
8. A bet will not be considered a qualifying bet for the purposes of this sports promotion if for any reason it becomes void.
9. On placing your qualifying bet, after it settles, you will receive a free Betting Subscription from 4for4. Please reach out to support@4for4.com if you have any questions on your subscription.
10. If your qualifying bet loses, you’ll also become eligible to receive your wager back in Bonus Bets, up to $1,000.
11. Maximum eligible Bonus Bet back (upon loss of first sports bet) is $1,000.
12. If your qualifying bet loses, and it is greater than $50, you’ll receive Bonus Bets back in denominations of 20% of the total number of Bonus Bet earnings you’re eligible for. If your qualifying bet loses, and it is less than $50, you’ll receive Bonus Bets back in a single denomination equaling the total number of Bonus Bet earnings you’re eligible for.
    • Example 1: If you deposit $1,000 and place a $1,000 wager and this wager loses, you’ll receive $1,000 in Bonus Bets. The Bonus Bets will be broken down into five (5) $200 Bonus Bets.
    • Example 2: If you deposit $49 and place a $49 wager and this wager loses, you’ll receive $49 in Bonus Bets. The Bonus Bets will be broken down into a single $49 Bonus Bet.
13. All Bonus Bets will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours of the end of the event.
14. Bonus Bets are limited to one per person, household (IP address), and/or computer.

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR BONUS BETS

15. Bonus Bets can only be redeemed via online or app and must be used within seven (7) days of being credited to your account.
16. Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
17. Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed on any Poker or Casino games, in states where BetMGM Casino and/or BetMGM Poker are applicable.
18. Bonus Bets do not count toward qualifying for any other promotional offers.
19. The value of your Bonus Bets will not be included in any winnings.
20. Your Bonus Bets are not returned if a Bonus Bet wager becomes void.
21. You cannot Cash Out your Bonus Bet(s).
22. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our general website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this sports promotion.

IMPORTANT TERMS

23. This sports promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other BetMGM Sports promotion.
24. Users that have played under the playMGM Sports app name are not eligible for any welcome offers under the BetMGM Sports app name, unless otherwise noted in the Terms & Conditions of that specific promotion.
25. BetMGM reserves the right to change or end any sports promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
26. If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this sports promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by BetMGM, BetMGM will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this sports promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the Bonus Bets available.
